't Woudt

Francesca Ajossa is the main organist of the Church in ‘t Woudt (NL) since 2020. The organ was built in 1970 by the organ builder J. de Koff & Zoon. Advisor:  Jan J. van den Berg, organist in Delft.

On the initiative of Albert Moerman, the previous main organist, the organ was substantially altered between 1986-1987 by Henk van Eeken and Gert van Buuren. The organ was re-intonated and the windpressure lowered from 76mm. WK to 55mm. WK. In addition, the discant of the Prestant 8′ was made double, a new wedge-shaped bellow was installed and the temperament changed to a modified meantone temperament by the design of Harald Vogel. Last, the organ case was remodeled to a renaissance-like appearance and painted by Cornelis Verboom. Advisor: Jaques van Oortmerssen.
